Due to being in the “J cup and over” bracket I can sometimes be limited in which brands I wear so when I get the chance to try some products from a brand I’ve not worn before I get very excited and this set from Charnos Lingerie was no exception.
Zara is a beautiful deep Navy balconette bra with matching shorts. It is a textured mesh with floral stretch lace on the upper cups finished with delicate central bows. I requested a 36J in the bra after reading another review which said it came up slightly small and a size 20 in the shorts. The bra fitted absolutely perfectly, genuinely one of the best fitting bras I’ve had in a long time – comfortable band, central gore nestled right in between my boobs to the chest (which is something I struggle with, so it gets extra points!) and the stretch lace means the upper line is super smooth with no pressure or gaping. The bra provides really good support with a lovely natural, lifted shape.
The shorts are slightly generous and come up to my belly button, which we know is definitely my preference, so they tick lots of boxes for me. I really like the unlined mesh too as it feels a bit ‘cheeky’ whilst still remaining comfortable.
For my first ever experience with Charnos, I am absolutely thrilled. I have worn the bra countless times since receiving it which speaks volumes when I own approximately eleventybillion other sets and where “bra off” time usually falls around 9pm for me, I was still wearing Zara at 10;30pm the other night and I still felt so comfortable.
You can still buy the set Here and it’s currently on sale too! I really hope Charnos release this set each season in new colours because I will buy every one. Have you tried Charnos Lingerie? What are your thoughts?
