I have read and seen a lot of things over the past couple of years regarding fuller bust lingerie from Poland and 99% of it was super positive so naturally, I wanted to get my hands on some of these wonder bras myself therefore I was more than happy to receive three new sets from the brand Kris Line.
I sent my UK size plus my measurements over to Kris Line and they selected three 85JJ bras and three XXL briefs for me. I must admit I found the size conversions a little overwhelming and confusing so I put my trust in their team and let them do their thing and a couple of days later a big box of goodies arrived from Poland 🙂
I’m not going to review them all separately as they are more or less the same style and fit on me so it seemed a bit pointless typing the same comments out three times. I was sent “Romance”, “Emotions” and “Fortuna” all bras are a full balconette shape with matching full briefs.
Romance is a beautiful cherry red colour with the bra having sheer panels to the top and a full fabric to the bottom with tiny flower detailing all over the cup and complementing briefs.
Fortuna is a white set, again with sheer panels to the top section and pretty flower details scattered all over and another full brief, I do kind of wish there was some sheer panels in the brief too as it’s a bit ‘blocky’ being all solid white.
The third set, “Emotions” is a gorgeous bluey grey with orange accents, such an unusual colour and by far my favourite out of the three. The shape and design is pretty much the same as the other two so I’d be interested to try out a different style too.
Ok so let’s discuss fit! I mentioned above that the bras are all 85JJ – I have tried to
figure out the conversion of this to UK sizing and as far as I can see it’s a 38JJ but honestly I’ve decided it’s best to try not to find a comparative UK size for Kris Line and just trust in their unique sizing. The bands on all 3 were quite soft and I could definitely drop to the 80 band. The cups have a lot of depth, wires are narrow and I can tell support would be pretty decent in my correct size. I would probably avoid buying if you have a more shallow/wider bust as the shape definitely feels better suited to more forward projecting bust. The Fabrics are soft with a good amount of ‘give’ and feel very comfortable to wear… I wore “Fortuna” for around 10 hours and barely realised I was wearing a bra (apart from the fact my tummy wasn’t being warmed by my boobs) so this is huge plus point in my book.
Brief sizing I couldn’t fault. True to size, super comfortable and loads of hip, bum & tum coverage- perfect for me!
Scanning through the rest of the collection makes me very aware that I would like to try more of the styles in a 80K/KK especially the stunning Bellisima with it’s gorgeous colour & caging detail.
Let me know if you’ve tried anything from this range or any other “Polish must haves”. If you do want to try then Brastop do a have a selection available on their site or I recommend contacting them directly for help in ordering from the wider selection.
