When Panache contacted me to see if I would review some of their lingerie sets, to say I was excited was an understatement.
I have been a fan of their products since around 2003 I think, when I bought a set from the Masquerade range and I have continued to buy from them year after year. First up for review is a set from the Sulptresse range – which is the brands ‘Fuller figured’ collection.
This set is ‘Candi’ in black. It is a full cup 4 section bra with side supports. The upper section is a spot embridered mesh which has good stretch in it to allow for a fuller bust. The bottom is 2 sections, shaped for maximum support which work with the inner side sling to provide perfect lift and projection. As it is a full cup the coverage is maximum, as expected. It reminds me a lot of Elomi’s Cate but the mesh and the polka details give it a more youthful feel. I opted for 36HH as this is my typical size in Panache bras and I find the band is a lot firmer on Candi than it is on the non-plus range because of this I was expecting it to maybe feel uncomfortable however I was pleasantly surprised and I just felt very secure rather than feeling it was digging in. the size range for this bra is 34F-46HH
The briefs are also a full style, I would say they are high-waisted. They have the same mesh detail at the front with a firmer double layer front panel which provides a touch of tummy control. I got these in a size 20, my usual brief size but I could have easily gone down a size here as the waist is very loose, they will be great to wear when eating my Christmas dinner! The size range for the briefs is 14 – 26 and there is only the one style option available.
Overall I found this to be a very pleasing set. The support and shape are fabulous and it really suits me in terms of cup depth and style. It’s definitely one I would buy in a future colour (I would like a nude version please!) If you like the look of this set you can buy it here >>> Panache Lingerie please let me know if you do!
